- You can immediately apply for a policy by following this link: Affiliate Policy Application. A policy for a new gym will cost $1,350.00. The policy will include Commercial General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance. A property policy is also recommended and may be required by your landlord. The price will vary with your equipment value.
- The $1,000 one-time capital contribution can be made at the time of the premium payment either in full or $350 at binding and the balance at the first year renewal. Either way, when the contribution is made, links to a set of documents will be sent to you by email along with your insurance quote.
- The subscription agreement must be signed and returned along with your quote. When those forms are received and your payment is made, you will be issued your policy and a stock certificate.
